You’ll need to dedicate at least an hour each week, and our live sessions will be around an hour each month. The program has been created to progress slowly, so you won’t feel rushed. These tools will continuously evolve and grow, and you’ll have access to all the content, whenever you need it, forever (including all updates and additions).

Is this just a yoga program?While yoga informs a lot of what's inside Joy Unplugged—you'll have collections of classes to get you results whatever your experience level—yoga is just a part of it. Joy Unplugged also leans on nervous system fundamentals, different philosophical modalities, breathwork, mindfulness, and psychological insights that all come together to make life brighter. If you already have a robust movement practice outside of yoga, you're welcome to continue that as you work through the program.

Hey, I'm Chloe Markham.
At 17 I wanted to connect with the ocean and have some adventures, so I took up surfing and quickly fell in love.
But, you could say I was a bit of a potato—even getting a wetsuit on was a hardcore workout—so I decided to do something about it.
