These tools will continuously evolve and grow, and you’ll have access to all the content, whenever you need it, forever (including all updates and additions).

  • Is this just a yoga program?
    While yoga informs a lot of what's inside Joy Unplugged—you'll have collections of classes to get you results whatever your experience level—yoga is just a part of it. Joy Unplugged also leans on nervous system fundamentals, different philosophical modalities, breathwork, mindfulness, and psychological insights that all come together to make life brighter. If you already have a robust movement practice outside of yoga, you're welcome to continue that as you work through the program.
  • Is there a money-back guarantee or refund policy (there is!)?
    I’m committed to your happiness and truly believe in the value of Joy Unplugged. In fact, I’m so confident this program will work for you that, if you’re not feeling any positive benefit to your happiness and wellbeing after completing the first 4 weeks of content, I’ll give you a full refund.
  • How long will I have access?
    You’ll have access to the 8-week Joy Unplugged program, whenever you need it and including all updates, for life. The monthly live sessions and email support will be here to support you for 6 months from the date you purchase the program. That means, regardless of how long you take to complete the modules, we’ll be here to cheer you on and help you get the most from every single session.
  • What if I get injured, sick, or go on holiday?
    Don’t sweat, these things happen. If you need to take a break from working through the content, you absolutely can—we’re here to support you regardless of how long your 8 weeks ends up being. You’ll have access to the content forever, so you can go at your own pace, although making sure you set a reasonable deadline to complete the program will make sure you get the absolute most from it (and I can help you with that).

Meet your guide

Hey, I'm Chloe Markham.

At 17 I wanted to connect with the ocean and have some adventures, so I took up surfing and quickly fell in love. 

 

But, you could say I was a bit of a potato—even getting a wetsuit on was a hardcore workout—so I decided to do something about it.

 

Enter: yoga.

9 years later, after building my own sell-out, multi-award-winning yoga studio with 900+ 5 star reviews, it spanned way more than just movement; yoga became an experience I used to take people on a journey to total joy. 

 

I know what it’s like to think burnout is normal, to be missing out because of stress, and to only dream of living a slower life where health, balance, and happiness are prioritised. 

 

I believe life’s too short to not feel alive, joyful, and balanced every single day.
