"I did Joy Unplugged while being hospitalised for depression, anxiety and burnout. I went in confused and came out with clarity. I now feel connected to my body for the first time in my life."
— Em, Feb 2026 cohort
You’ve tried meditating, and yoga, and morning routines, and those £40 supplements that promise the world...
But you're still tired. Still running on caffeine and willpower. Still feeling like you're only just holding it together.
This isn't about discipline or laziness. It's about your fundamental biology and a world that's not meeting it.
Because you can’t out-habit your nervous system.
If you’re dealing with chronic stress and running on empty, struggling to sleep at night, feel tense more than you feel calm…
...an expensive new pill, a 10-minute meditation, or a lack-lustre yoga class on YouTube might make you feel better for a moment, but it won't change anything underneath.
How do we want to show up in the world?
Snapping at those we love? Living for the weekend? Struggling to make decisions? Constant low-level exhaustion?
Life is short. We’ll all fall off this mortal coil at some point.
Do we really want to spend our incredibly finite time rushing to get more done on batteries that haven’t seen a good recharge since ’98?
Adulthood shouldn’t feel like an endless battlefield. Life shouldn’t be more stress than peace. Our days should have more joy in them than not…
And that’s what Joy Unplugged is here for.

8/10 — average joy score from participants after 8 weeks (up from 4.5)
You're not broken, you're just tired & dysregulated.
Most wellbeing programmes are built around habits. Do this in the morning, track that at night, start this new habit, or spend £3k on an ice bath…
As if adding new routines into your schedule will automatically help you feel better.
And that’s sometimes true. But most of the time, it doesn’t work that way. Your nervous system underneath is still scanning for danger and treating rest as a risk.
Joy Unplugged offers regulation, not more routines.
Instead of stacking more habits on top of a system that's already overwhelmed, we retrain your system to recognise safety again.
And once you get there, calm, ease, and joy start to show up on their own.
Before Joy Unplugged
-
Calling doom-scrolling "rest"
-
Exercise as punishment or obligation
-
Joy feeling like it needs to be enormous to count
-
Creativity? Flat. Motivation? Gone.
-
One word: Disconnected.
After Joy Unplugged
-
Actually resting
-
Getting creativity back
-
Skipping into the garden to exercise for the joy of it
-
Finding joy in tiny, ordinary moments
-
Avoiding negative spirals
-
Reading two books in a month — first time in years
-
One word: Expansive.
"I didn't expect there to be that much of a shift. 8 weeks is nothing, right? I thought if I was lucky I might move one number up the scale. I actually jumped at least 3 steps."
— Anna, May 2025 cohort
This is for you if...
-
You've done all the self-care things and somehow still feel wiped out
-
You're technically successful but secretly held together by caffeine and willpower
-
You keep promising yourself you'll rest when things calm down (they don't)
-
You've been told you're "too sensitive", or you know you feel things deeply
-
You want to feel calmer and more present, not just more productive
This isn't for you if...
-
You want an overnight fix that doesn't ask anything of you
- You’d rather keep powering through than pause and feel what’s really going on.
-
You prefer productivity-bro life-hacks, SMART goals, and eat hustle for breakfast (this is the antidote to all that).

— Kat, May 2025 cohort
What it feels like
-
Finally getting breathing room without feeling guilty.
-
Calm that lasts longer than a Sunday afternoon.
-
Energy that doesn't come from caffeine.
-
Emotional steadiness instead of spirals.
-
Joy that doesn't need to be earned.
-
Creativity and playfulness without the pressure.
These are the foundations that benefit every area of your life.
Most of the things draining your relationships, your creativity, your energy at work are just a dysregulated nervous system, not a character flaw.
Fix the root, and the downstream stuff starts sorting itself out.
🧠
Mental health
Less reactive, more resilient. The spiral stops sooner, and you're the one choosing how to respond.
💪
Physical health
Movement that feels good rather than punishing. Waking up from sleep feeling recharged. And digestion that... works.
🧡
Relationships
Less snapping, more presence. You stop outsourcing your regulation to the people you love.
⚡️
Career
Calmer nervous system, better decisions. You stop mistaking urgency for importance.
You don't need to earn rest, fix yourself, or try harder for the benefits. You just need to remember what safety feels like.
That's what we do here.

"I went in confused and came out with clarity, and I genuinely never finish anything I start. I did the whole programme without it feeling like pressure, which says everything about how Chloe runs it.
It helped me get out of automatic mode, reconnect with my body, and start honouring the small moments. I feel connected to my body for the first time in my life.

Meet your guide
Since 2016, Chloe's programmes have helped hundreds of women step out of burnout and back into balance.
Joy Unplugged emerged from some of the hardest years of her own life. It's not a packaged wellness concept — it's a programme she built because she needed it, and has been refining ever since.
The approach draws on nervous system science, somatic practice, yoga, breathwork, and yoga nidra. Nothing here is theoretical.
You can't ice-bath, kale-smoothie, or manifest your way out of a dysregulated nervous system. Once you learn to regulate in this way, everything else clicks into place.
“I came in rating my joy at 5/10. I left at 8/10. I work in film & TV where lunch breaks aren't a thing — now I have a folding chair hidden behind the marquee and I take ten minutes every day. In just ten minutes, I am restored."
— Bonnie, film & TV professional
