The Attention Experiment

10 days to reclaim your time, your focus, and a little bit of your sanity.

Because we're all busier than ever.

Some studies show that over 80% of the population feels time-starved.

We just don't have the time anymore.

And we're burning out and missing out because of it.

The solution?

It’s not about magically making more time. It’s about changing your relationship with it.

A tiny experiment to get your time back

Ever been told (maybe by me - hello) to “find a tiny joyful moment today” and feeling up for it and… falling flat. Who’s got the damn time? What does that even mean?

Couple that with the nice, fluffy concept of presence being an antidote to the time-scarcity we’re all feeling.

Nice… but in practice 🫠

Because we’re out here trying to crowbar more hours into the day, more days into the week, just to stay afloat.

It’s a pandemic, this time-scarcity thing. Our lives keep demanding more, our devices keep destroying our attention, and we’re walking around wondering why we feel behind before we’ve even started.

But presence as the antidote? Sure. But how?

This isn't a course. It’s a playful experiment in presence.

I’ve built something to help. An experiment. A gentle, curious kind of thing to help you get your attention back, slow down time, and feel like you’re actually in your life again.

For those experiencing that time-scarcity and the overwhelm that comes with it, this is a 10-day micro-experiment in seeing if you can actually get your time back — without scheduling more hours or doing more stuff.

Delivered as short audios + small daily invitations, it helps you:

  • Pause in moments you already have

  • Notice your body, mind, and surroundings

  • Interrupt racing thoughts and time-anxiety loops

  • Feel calmer, clearer, and in control

No 5am alarms, no extra hours required, no 'you should be doing more'.

Just micro-moments that start to pull you out of the rush and back into yourself.

By the end of 10 days, you’ll notice…

  • Small, calm wins that stick

  • More focus, less mental noise

  • Joy in moments you used to rush through

  • Tools to carry presence into your daily life

  • Proof that tiny experiments can create real change

No goals. No overwhelm.
Just 10 days of presence.

  • Deeply rooted in polyvagal theory, interoception, & attentional control

  • Short audios delivered straight to your inbox (no screen fatigue here)

  • Tiny daily invitations to practice radical presence

  • App-hosted & lifetime access

This is a gentle, playful experiment to help you discover how small shifts can make a big difference.

If you’ve been feeling time-poor, scattered, or like your days are disappearing without you in them… I think you’ll love this.

It’s simple. It’s doable. And it might just shift the way you run your life.
