Without fear, we would never have children.
Start businesses.
Fight oppression.
Without fear, we would wither in safety and comfort.
There’d be no growth, or learning, or expansion.
Arguably, without fear there’s no betterment of the world you live in.
So lean into the fear behind what’s driving you. Be glad it’s here, affirming your aliveness.
Feel the fear and do the thing, not in spite of it, not anyway, but with it.
