Nervous system regulation tool

This baby gets you back into your body and reduces overwhelm & anxiety.

HOW: Start by getting comfy and noticing your body — posture, the soles of your feet, contact points. Then:

1. Notice three things you can see

2. Notice three things you can hear

3. Notice three things you can feel

Really good to do on public transport, before you start work, or before something hectic.

Listen: Cadence

It's folky, atmospheric, and calming. Take a trip to the wilds of Ireland in your mind.(Inspired by the brilliant new Mackenzie Crook comedy on BBC: Tiny Prophets.)

A book I'm loving: Gathering Moss

This will change the way you notice the environment around you on every walk.

It's gorgeous (and no, you don't have to be 'into' moss).

Maybe reading Wuthering Heights can actually stave off Alzheimers. Nice one.
