Vagus nerve stimulation.
HOW: Sit comfortably, long spine, give yourself a you're-amazing shimmy (v important).
Then, slowly look up at about a 45-degree angle over to the right. Hold here, breathe here, lengthen your exhales.
Repeat over to the left. Hold here, breathe here, lengthen your exhales.
WHY: This tends to regulate our HRV (heart-rate variability) and reduces stress. Also great if your neck's a bit... stuck (screen time, much?)
