Nervous system regulation tool

Vagus nerve stimulation.


HOW: Sit comfortably, long spine, give yourself a you're-amazing shimmy (v important).

Then, slowly look up at about a 45-degree angle over to the right. Hold here, breathe here, lengthen your exhales.

Repeat over to the left. Hold here, breathe here, lengthen your exhales.


WHY: This tends to regulate our HRV (heart-rate variability) and reduces stress. Also great if your neck's a bit... stuck (screen time, much?)



It's old-school, it's groovy, it's a tiny bit hip-hop. Will make you feel bouncy and chilled. This is regulation happening in-real-time.



Because our lives are too short to get stuck in the doom.
